Who can use it

You need to be at least 13 to use Broke Bookings. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.

Fares, prices and plans

Fares, hostel prices and trip cost estimates come from other companies or are rough estimates. They can change or be wrong, and we do not sell tickets or rooms. Always check the final price on the airline, hotel or booking site before you buy.

Links and affiliates

Some links go to other sites, and some are affiliate links that may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

What you post

You keep ownership of the trips, photos and tips you share. By posting something publicly you let us show it on Broke Bookings. Only post photos you took or have the right to share. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, or anyone else's private information. We may remove posts or accounts that break these rules.

Your account and data

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it, including Gmail imports.

No guarantees

Broke Bookings is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from using the site, including missed flights, price changes or bookings made on other sites.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States.
